Responsible AI

How KFMS will switch features on

Teachers stay in charge

AI may draft outlines or language notes. Final marks, promotion decisions, and pastoral judgements remain with staff.

Support, don’t substitute

Homework help offers hints and explanations. It must not complete the assignment for the student.

School data, school rules

Any future integration will use school-approved models and stay inside role-based access. Student work is not a public training dump.

Integration-ready

Portals, assignments, and resources are structured so assistants can look up timetables and published notes when the school switches a feature on.

Classroom first. AI second.

Digital School tools already run without AI. Assistants will plug into lectures, assignments, and FAQs when the school is ready — never as a substitute for the teacher in the room.
